Mental & Physical Preparation for Young Players to Succeed at the High School Level and Beyond
Our Vision
Baseball Advanced Training and Resource Services (BATRS) is a full-service baseball school dedicated to developing complete student-athletes. We provide the region's best instruction in top-tier facilities to prepare our players, mentally and physically, for success at the high school level and beyond.
BATRS players are top youth baseball players seeking to advance their skills beyond the rec-ball level in preparation to succeed at top local high schools. Everything we do is about preparation for the next level, and as a result, we’ve had great success serving as a springboard to top local high schools.
At BATRS, we believe that providing a solid foundation for all aspects of the game, mental and physical, is critical to our players' development, and that, at its core, achieving this means working on fundamental skills with high repetitions at a high level of performance.
We believe in breaking the game down into the smallest parts to ensure proper technique and understanding. One of our goals is for any high school coach to immediately recognize our alumni as players with excellent technique and the fundamental skills across all areas of the game necessary to succeed in their programs.
We believe in the power of praise, positive reinforcement, and highly demanding coaches to shape the top baseball players of the future.
